A restricted footprint was overcome by designing this space almost like a studio apartment; A single living and dining area with a pantry like kitchen and a private self contained bedroom space, each with their separate sit-outs. Each space makes the most of the visual treat that the site has to offer. Minimum land development in order to retain the natural contours of the site and use of rustic materials in a contemporary manner, lend an earthy charm to this getaway home.
