Home to a reputed city developer and his family, this apartment was designed to cater to the socially active lifestyle of its residents.
A recently completed interior renovation project, it entailed merging two different sized flats to form one cohesive unit. Doing away with the partition walls, spaces were reconfigured to create a layout that had large open spaces that flow effortlessly into one another, whilst at the same time retaining their own separate identity. A welcoming lobby, a living room with a separate TV and informal seating areas, a lounge space flanked by a cosy bar nook, a warm dining space connected to a spacious and fully equipped modern kitchen, a private home office and bedrooms with spacious toilets and walk-ins; all of these form a part this contemporary home. Subtle differences in the material and colour palette allow for each space to hold on to its distinctive individuality while seamlessly being a part of one unified fabric. Achieving what it set out to, this project symbolises a successful amalgamation of elegance and warmth with just the right dash of some youthful vibrance!
